Hydrana cartridges are not pulled from a warehouse shelf. When you place an order, your cartridges are made in the exact size and micron rating you selected. That is why every size and micron combination on our site is always available to order — you never have to settle for the wrong micron because the right one was out of stock.

- Options: Standard and Express shipping are offered at checkout, with the exact cost shown before you pay.
- Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation by email at checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way.
Because your order is made for you
Made-to-order production happens after you order, before your cartridges ship. If timing matters — for example, a plumber is scheduled or your current cartridge is overdue — ordering a little ahead is the smart move, and keeping a spare cartridge on hand means you are never waiting on a filter change.
Wrong item, damaged item, wrong size?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, or you realize you ordered the wrong size or micron, contact us with your order number and we will help make it right. For damaged or incorrect items, a quick photo of what arrived helps us sort it out fast.
